Dresser Mouldings are one of largest bespoke timber mouldings manufacturing plants in the UK with over 50,000 sq /ft. and a vast range of specialist machinery and highly skilled workforce. Dresser Mouldings provide a quality assured product and a first class level of customer service. Adding to our ever growing portfolio of products we now offer a range of MDF Mouldings includings, MDF Skirting and MDF Architraves along with co-ordinating Corner Blocks and Plinths.
We have been in the timber business for over 30 years, our aim has always been to produce the best quality product and concentrate on our relationships with our customers.
This has developed from purely supplying components to working with our customers, helping them with designs and ideas for our oak flooring, timber skirtings boards, wood carvings and many of our other products.
Our products are manufactured from a variety of wood types including Softwood, Ash and Oak and now includes MDF both Primed and Veneered. Dresser are proud to say that we have a policy of using timber materials from renewable sources
Dresser Mouldings manufacture and supply a large range of timber mouldings, including Architraves, Cornices, Skirting Boards, Handrails, Volutes, Newel Posts, Balusters and Wood Turnings.
Our range of products has grown over time to include the manufacture of Timber Columns and Pilasters, Fine Wood Carvings, Curved Mouldings and comprehensive range of Stair Components. We have recently launched a range of MDF Mouldings which are available in White Primed or Oak Veneer.
Our Timber Mouldings are available in a range of Hardwoods and Softwoods including Pine, American White Oak, Ash, Sapele, Western Red Cedar, MDF, among others and all materials used are from renewable sources.
Our Rochdale Showroom offers the opportunity to view examples of our bespoke timber work which is on display, in situ, showing co-ordinating items available. You also have the opportunity to speak to one of our experienced team who can show you the various profiles and wood types available and offer you help and advice and samples for you to choose from.
Since the company was formed in 2011 we have continued our commitment of reinvesting in our staff to ensure we have the highest level of expertise at our disposal. In addition to this we invest in the very latest manufacturing technologies available, enabling us to ensure the highest quality in precision timber products.
This has involved a considerable investment of a new 5 axis CNC machine to complement our existing CNC machinery. This investment has allowed the company to expand and develop further to offer specialist curved and radius work.
One such project that was able to benefit from this investment was the marina project in the North of England
Last year saw us invest further in a new automatic spray line, The introduction of the Automatic Spray Line has allowed Dresser Mouldings to offer a true One-Stop-Shop for Timber Mouldings, Assembly and Internal and External Coatings.
