Siberian Larch: (Clarix Sibiria) is a frost hardy tree native to Western Russia, it is a medium size to large coniferous tree reaching 20-50 metres tall with a trunk up to 1 metre diameter, because of the tree rot resistance larch wood is especially valuable for posts, cladding & window sections. It is also grown in Canada with a small amount also grown in Northern United States. It is faster growing than many other coniferous trees.

Siberian Larch is one of the heaviest coniferous trees in the Northern hemisphere & with the tree growing in the freezing climates of Siberia this is characterized by a high degree of strength & durability by growing in a cold environment the density is greater.
