Where the buyer has received their order and no longer requires all or part of the order then this may be returned at the discretion of the seller. If a return is agreed then the buyer is responsible for arranging transport back to the seller’s premises at the buyer’s expense. Once returned goods have been received, they will be inspected by the seller who will determine if any credit is due.

Where the buyer receives sub-standard or incorrect goods they should inform the seller within 48 hours, the seller will arrange collection of goods and return to seller’s premises for further inspection. If items are sub-standard or incorrect the seller will replace or refund to the value.

Where the buyer has used or installed the goods then this shall be taken as evidence that the buyer has accepted the goods and that they are in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for checking that the goods are suitable for purpose.
